Great Egypt experience with egypt day tours We decided to arrange our trip to Egypt with this company because it was a local company with great reviews and we do not regret! From the moment we contact them, we got very fast and informative replies from Maro, who before and during the trip was always making sure that everything meets our expectations. At arrival in Cairo Osama welcomed us and help us to get a sim card and get our visa. He walked us to the hotel, and the next day was again totally punctual there waiting for us to help us to get our flight to Luxor. In Luxor, Mohamed was waiting for us and our tour get started. He stayed with us the four days of the nile cruise always making sure that everything meet our expectations. He also provided very complete and interesting information about each highlight of the tour which we really enjoyed. We would really recommend the boat as well as all the tours we took including Abu simbel and the hot air balloon in Luxor. The only drawback of this part of the tour ( if we could find one) was that Mohamed was not very honest about certain issues. For example, he was always requesting some tipping for drivers, people who wanted to carry the luggage etc. He was even advising how much should be the amount of tipping we should give, making us even think that instead of the company, it was us paying this people with the high amount of advised tipping. We were also visiting some shops where we were taken during the tour for buying souvenirs. The quality of the items in all of them is very similar to the one on the street. The price is just much higher. We would however recommend him. We took great care of us and we had a great experience. After the great cruise experience we took our flight back to cairo. Osama was again waiting for us for took us to our hotel and the next day Mina was there waiting for us to take us to a great tour to the pyramids and the Egyptian museum. Mina is the greatest tour guide we ever had!!!!!, he provided us with really valuable information about everything we visited and answer every question in a very informative way. He also took great pictures of us in the pyramids, and the driver Mohamed was always ready at the right moment to take us to the next stop. This is a 10 stars review for Mina! :-). To sum up, we would really recomend anyone to take this company for their egypt trip. They will take great care of you and make sure that you enjoy each second of your trip! Thank you, egypt day tours!!

Greeks go to Egypt What should I say about these people??? Let’s start from the very beginning.. We searched on TripAdvisor this office due to the reviews!! Directly answered to my emails, all the answers I had, organised everything for me and my hubby as we wanted to plan!!thank you Mr Ahmet for this!! On our arrival to Cairo,Osama was there to wait for us and set everything up with our privet driver, cold water bottles were in the car all the time and I have to mention we never carried our luggages weighted about 50kg!!!! Next days Mina our tour guide in Cairo made this experience in Pyramids, Giza , saccara, etc., Amazing!!!!so happy and professional, ready to answer all our questions, such a good explanation of the history!!!he also stopped the car to buy us Egyptian coffees!!!!!we hope next year to see him again!! Then next days to our Nile cruise we met Mohamed!! Our second tour guide, at the very beginning he introduced himself as a “superMo” I couldn’t understand why then, BUT when we started the tour I got it!!!! He is AMAZING!!!! such a professional he knew not only the Egyptian mythology but also a lot of the Greek one and how one civilisation effect in the other, so many things…people with other tour guides were listening to him and not to theirs, this man is the BEST!!!! Unfortunately an unexpected incident forced our holidays to have an immediate stop, and Mo took t Care of us, immediately contacted with the central office, they found us direct tickets, so we had t come back to Greece…😢 There is no way I could trust anyone else for my vacation!!! Competitors learn from them and tourist trust them for your holidays, these people are amazing 🤩 Thank you for all!!! Alexis, Gianna

Cairo day trip I and my mother have come from Bangladesh to travel around Egypt. I and my other family members were worried beacuse because of the distance and unfamiliar environment. But then had our day trip in Cairo. And it was amazing. I was absolutely tension free just after meeting my day trip guide, Loay. He greeted us with a smiling face and our tour began. The unfamiliar place became so friendly and tension free. And he is a nice photographer too. Maa and I both enjoyed. Q1

A great trip with wonderful tour guides I had a great experience in these tours. The tour guides, Mina and Ayoub, were so nice, as were the drivers. They were great company to have as I was traveling alone. They’re the best group to tour with. And they were always very respectful.

Book your dream tour with Egypt Day Tours! If you want a SAFE and RELIABLE Egypt tour company that will take care of your entire trip adventure, Egypt Day Tours is the right one for you. This tour company will do all the work for you: from trip planning with hassle-free arrival, until the time you depart homebound. Attarius was prompt in replying via WhatsApp whenever I have questions. I was surprised of how they took care of my family and I throughout our stay in Egypt - first class service, smooth and stress-free! Egypt Day Tours will set up your dream tour whenever and however you want it. We went to Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, and Aswan. The city transitions were smooth. Osama met with us at the airport. He took care of airport requirements, visa and immigration clearance, as well as airport pick up and drop off. Luay, our main tour guide, took over after that. The client handoff was flawless. Luay was a topnoched tour guide. He was informative and intelligent. He never missed explaining important hieroglyphics, historical facts, timeline, and artifacts. We learned a lot from him, just like a professor on a school field trip. Luay went extra mile to keep us safe, happy, and satisfied. The cruise on the Nile they booked for us was less crowded, pretty nice and relaxing experience. There was NEVER a day that we felt unsafe or bothered under Egypt Day Tour staff’s care while in Egypt. Highly recommended!

15 DAYS PRIVATE TOUR VISITING ALL "MUST TO DO" IN EGYPT Egypt Day Tours under the leadership of Ahmed is the best travel co in Egypt. All his staff around the different cities - Cairo - Giza, Menphis, Saqqara, Dashur, Aswan, Nubian Village, Luxor, Dendera, Abydos, Hurghada - the guides Osama, Mona, Whalid, Ali, Mahmud and Hosni & Mustafa - drivers made our second stay unforgettable. The special care and attention we were given, every detail was perfect, the unvaluable knowledge of history we were transferred and the kindness were substancial. All this made that in our previous trip in 2015 with them was "meeting" Egypt, but now in 2021 was "falling in love" with Egypt. Looking forward to be there next 2026, always under the guidance of EGYPT DAY TOURS.

Tour Details

Welcome to the Land of the Pharaohs. We are so excited to have you.
As soon as you land,  look out for an excited man holding a card with your name. Our representative will be taking care of all the usual hustle-bustle of airport formalities. Once done, we’ll be bringing and checking you into your hotel.
Rest a little to get over the fatigue from the journey and prepare yourself for the next day adventure.

Ah, today is the second day of your Egypt vacation package and is going to be amazing! We’ll be going to the oldest tourist destination of the whole world – The Giza Pyramids.
Giza Necropolis

Only a short ride away from your Hotel is the most iconic tourist destination of Egypt. We’ll fill you in with the complex’s history and then take you around every photogenic spot to get the best pictures. From the great sphinx to the tunnels of Khufu’s pyramid, our tour guides will make sure to miss nothing out.

Egyptian Museum of Antiquities

Now, we’ll be heading to Tahrir Square, where you will get to see the remnants of tens of dynasties. Explore the various hallways and galleries of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities in the company of the best guides Egypt has to offer. We can’t say that you can see all 120000+ items on display, but make sure to visit the Tutankhamun collection and the Mummy Room.

After the museum, we’ll take you to your hotel to get some rest.

*** There are several optional activities , feel free to ask your tour guide for further details.

Snack up on breakfast and join our guide for another breathtaking excursion. Head to Cairo Airport and board a plane to the ancient city of Luxor. In this tour, we are heading to the Temples on the East Bank of the Nile.

Karnak Temple

Without wasting a minute, we’ll be on our way to the Karnak Temple – one of the largest religious buildings ever built by man. The three temples in this complex surround over 200 Acres with 134 columns and hieroglyphics describing the intricate belief systems of Pharaoh’s times.

Temple of Luxor

Later, we’ll be heading to the Temple of Luxor – mortuary of Egyptian Nobles. Here you will get to listen to the Theban Triad’s – Amun, Mut, and Khonsu – mesmerizing story. You will spend time roaming The Grand colonnadeSun court of Amenhotep III, or the Obelisk of Ramses the second. But at the blue hour, just before dusk breaks across the sky, walk to the avenue of Sphinxes and ……… You will understand once you are there. We can’t put the view into words.

Take your time gazing at the temple and then join other passengers on the Nile Cruise in one of the most elusive vessels in Egypt. Overnight in your Nile Cruise.

Today, we’ll be heading to the attractions on the Western bank.

Valley of Kings.

Simply put, this is the LA (Los Angeles) of the dead-the tombs of almost all the famous Kings are here. From the tomb of Tutankhamun to Ramses II, it’s all there.

Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple.

The temple is in itself an architectural wonder, but what really adds to the story is Hatshepsut herself. She was the first female Pharaoh of Egypt, and she had herself depicted as a Man! She struggled for control against her son-in-law and died very mysteriously. Intriguing right?

Colossi of Memnon

Pharaoh Amenhotep tried building an immense tomb even in Egypt for himself, but earthquakes and floods decided otherwise. Fairly simple right? What is there to see then?
Two giant statues of Amenhotep seated facing the east still remain!
Here comes the fun part – the legend of Vocal Memnon. For thousands of years, famous tourists like Strabo and Juvena reported hearing sounds from the statues. Keep your ears to the ground and let us know if you hear anything.

Now, let’s head back to our boat for some food and a calm evening on the tranquil waters of the Nile.

We have covered quite a journey till now.
Guess where we are?
We have reached the shores of the Edfu and Kom Ombo temples!

Let’s do this one in style. Let’s ride in horse-driven carriages to the Edfu Temple.

Edfu Temple

It’s the best-preserved of all sites in Egypt. With illustrative hieroglyphics on its columns and walls, this might actually be the best place to spend a few minutes imagining what a day in Ancient Egypt looked like. Further, in the vicinity of the temple, you will find the much-preserved village of Edfu. Roam around the streets and enjoy haggling with the many shops selling tourist tat at the castle entrance.

Now, ride that carriage back to your boat, sail further upstream and dock at Kom Ombo in the city of Gold!

Temple of Kom Ombo

This temple has something very different in store for you.CROCODILE DEITIES!

Like all the pharaohs, the crocodiles have their statues and crowns and tombs as well. The Palace pays tribute to both the Pharaonic and the crocodilian deities worshipped in Ancient Egypt. And there’s a small but exciting crocodile museum as well. Make sure to snap some pictures with a few crocodile mummies!

Now we must head back to our boat and sail further up north to Aswan.

Here we are, at the gateway to Egypt since antiquity-Aswan.
This city, like Cairo, packs it all. Temples to Ancient Obelisks, botanical gardens to souks, you name it.

The Unnished Obelisk :

Remember Queen Hatshepsut?
She tried building the tallest obelisk ever, even for Egyptians. The single stone structure was being carved out of a single rock in ancient Egypt’s stone quarries when the story took a twist (ask our guide how), and the Obelisk remained unfinished.

Our next stop is Isis’s Philae Temple-house of the cult of Isis!

With influences from both the Romans and the Greeks, the island depicts Roman and Egyptian architecture’s intervening. Many dynasties and Pharaohs contributed their best efforts to add to the venerated site, and today we can see their illustrations on the various columns of the temples. Even Napoleon let the world know he was there. Take a few pictures in front of the Kiosk of Trajan and let your friends know you were here.

After this day-long foraging the not-so-ancient part of Egypt, we will return you to your sweet boat for the night!

(Optional Tour to be reserved separately)

It’s been a week since you have been with us -and you are certainly impressed with the pyramids and temples but have you ever seen a temple carved out of a mountain?

Abu Simbel Temples

The temples are considered the grandest of Ramses IIs constructions and remained hidden through the ages under the sand. In the 19th century (ask our guide for the story), it was rediscovered, and excavations revealed the colossal structures. Many myths surround the two temples at Abu Simbel, but the most impressive is the temple’s alignment with the solar cycles. The statues inside the temple are illuminated by the sun on 22nd February and 22nd October every year to mark Pharaoh’s Ascension to throne and birthday. Impressed right?

Make sure to spend some time pondering over the story of Ramses and the temples.

A flight from the Aswan International Airport will be taking you to Cairo, and from the airport, we will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Your final day in Egypt will begin with a traditional Egyptian breakfast at your hotel.
After breakfast, we will take you to Cairo International Airport for your flight back home.
